With our Application Service Providing we give you the opportunity to handle your system operation securely, time-saving and cost-efficiently via the DIAMOS data center. DIAMOS has been providing tested and certified cloud services and specialist operational services to its customers in the strictly regulated banking and KVG environment since 2007. All services are provided from connected high availability data centers located in Frankfurt am Main. To ensure optimal availability, accessibility and network speed, both DIAMOS data centers are located directly at DE-CIX Frankfurt, the leading Internet exchange node. Data is never processed outside the data centers to ensure compliance with European data protection legislation. The ASP services, which are regularly audited by a leading auditing company, include:

• Bank-compliant security standards
• Audited control procedures according to international standards: SAS 70 Type II / ISAE 3402 Type 2
• Operating processes based on ITIL V3
• 24/7 system availability
• K-case security through data center operation at multiple locations

In addition to technical service, we provide you with specialist operational services on request as part of a Software as a Service model. The type and scope of our SaaS offering depends on your requirements and is defined on the basis of individual service level agreements (SLAs).

The services include, for example:

• Configuration support
• Handling and monitoring of automated backend processes
• User administration / rights management
• Creation and forwarding of reports

DIAMOS data centre infrastructure and operation: Everything from a single source
DIAMOS provides all cloud services for the provision of services to customers from its own source. Third parties are not involved in the provision of services. Premises for operation as well as network connections (e.g. leased lines, Internet) are rented flexibly according to requirements.
